Paint, Powder Coating, Screen Printing & Specialised Finishes

We provide a wide range of surface finishing solutions. Stove cured wet paints and powder coating are provided along with pre-treatment processes including degreasing and shot blasting. We can also provide pre-paint masking solutions to customer/drawing specifications, and also screen printing.

Degreasing

In order to reduce our impact on the environment, we now use aqueous degreasing with a phosphate pre treatment process.

Shot Blasting

Shot blasting using alloy oxide or chilled Iron to customers specifications.

Masking

Where there is a need for areas of the work to remain paint free, we have a wide range of masking Solutions.

• Smooth, matt, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss and gloss
• Leatherette (different degrees available)
• Suede (Nextel)
• Spatter (various levels of spatter finishes are available to Customer's Requirements)

Quality Paints

Our customers can be guaranteed that our paint suppliers are of the highest quality. Manufacturers include Acron (PCS/Polybond), Becker, Akzo-Nobel, HMG, Trimite, PSG , Valspar, Thermaset, and Paramount. We are able to supply most standard colours and finishes that can be ordered on a next-day delivery. BS, RAL and Pantone colour systems and colour matching if required.

Quality Paints

We are approved applicators of high specification multiple coat systems for products in offshore and subsea environments. We utilise high quality, high spec products from Sigma, International, PPG, Hemple, Leighs & Carboline paints, working to approved specifications, and recording data for certification.

Screen Printing

In House Screen printing working to customer artwork or drawing requirements.
